Paragon Global CRS Statement Regarding COVID-19

Wilmington, NC – March 13, 2020 – With the Coronavirus COVID-19 health emergency, we have been contacted by several customers who are updating their business continuity plans and seeking information on how Paragon Global CRS will manage its global operations during this challenging time.

Paragon Global CRS has taken measures to provide our customers with the high level of service they have come to expect even though the world is experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic/health emergency.

Be assured that we have provided training and counsel to our team members to help them to prevent illness for themselves and their families and to prepare them for the possible effects of quarantine.

Over the last several weeks, Paragon Global CRS management has continuously reviewed and updated our COVID-19 Preparedness Plan to ensure that we can readily support and replace, if necessary, any incapacitated support staff.  In both the US and EU Paragon Global CRS offices, remote support staff have been and continue to be in place to support operations. Since we are a global operation, many associates already work from remote locations.  Thus, we have implemented plans to have them to continue working remotely to limit their contact with those who might pose a health threat.  We are urging all of our associate to act responsibly when it comes to contact with business associates, friends, and family members to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other pathogens.  Also, since Paragon Global CRS is a cloud-based operation with team members spread around the globe, the risk of our being unable to provide the level of service our customers appreciate is minimal.  Travel restrictions and local area quarantines will have no impact on our global workforce.

Paragon Global CRS anticipates little business continuity impact and will continue providing service to our customers with the same high level of efficiency and thoroughness they have come to expect. Our entire EU office has been on remote working restriction effective March 9th.  Our US operations have already implemented a scaled remote working restriction and will continue to monitor the situation and respond as necessary.

The health and well-being of our many associates, clients and their employees, and the study subjects with whom we interact are of the utmost importance to us at Paragon Global CRS.
